The Kenshiro Abbe 50th Jubilee Event - 2005 - Crystal Palace London

Henry Ellis a direct student of Kenshiro Abbe Sensei from 1957. Ellis was one of the organisers of this great Budo event to celebrate the memory of a great Budo Master.
This event is regarded by many senior martial artists as the greatest ever event of its kind in the UK.

Ki blast - And a Life Spent in Diapers

Loaded Diaper - Aikido Today Magazine Letters - " I was working as a carpenter in a big house with a double staircase - the house owners toddler son was approaching the opposite stairs and I could not reach him - I shouted projecting my Ki straight through the childs head, coming out the other side, he starting crying, the mother rushed to see what was wrong - I explained - the mother said " Thank You ! " - I replied ( I assume rather smugly ) Don't thank me, thank Aikido " - That poor child is probably destined to wear diapers for life.
